Services in this area includes Concept formulation, preparation of drawings, specification and other contract documents, observing the progress of the work and processing the design changes. If required a range of pre-design and post construction services can also be provided.

Pre design services include programming, space planning, analysis of existing facilities, marketing studies, feasibility studies, financing studies, on an off site utility studies & planning and zoning assistance.

Post Construction services include, post construction evaluation, post occupancy evaluation, startup assistance, maintenance and operational programming, record drawing & insurance documentation.
