certified manufacturer. We have been manufacturing wheat
starch and vital wheat gluten for nearly twenty years. As
one of the largest starch producers in mainland China, we
have more than ten years experience to sell our products to
Hongkong, Macao, Southeast Asia, Europe, Canada, the USA,
etc. Wheat starch is widely used in printing and dyeing,
papermaking, chemical, medical industries as well as in food
industry. Meanwhile, as an important industrial raw material,
starch can be processed into sugar, ethanol and other
ferment products. Vital wheat gluten is a mixture of
natural protein and water abstracted from flour with high
protein nutrition. Compared to the vegetable protein, it has
unexampled viscoelasticity and hygroscopicity which meet the
nutritional needs. Vital wheat gluten is also a fine paste
ameliorant widely used in the production of bread, noodles
and instant noodles. With eighteen product lines,our sales
volume in 2002 amounted to more than 12 million dollars. Now
we have set up a new workshop that is about 2000 square
meters. The new workshop is scheduled for operation in March
2003, and our output will increase 50%.
